The actual amount payable may differ due to factors such as advance scholarship reductions, installment payments, or exceeding the standard Academic Year・Semester limit, so it is necessary to check the actual amount on the tuition invoice.

Student loans cannot be processed when applying for installment payments. The application period will be announced separately.

View/Print Payment Certificate
  • Print tuition payment certificate from the Portal
  • The time when the certificate can be printed varies depending on the payment time.
    • Payment made before Bank business hours: Can be printed after 20:00 on the same day
    • Payment after Bank business hours: Available for printing after 20:00 the following day
Tuition refund
  • Target: Withdrawal from Admissions, Voluntary Withdrawal
  • In case of Academic Leave of Absence : Tuition is non-refundable and carried over to the Academic Year・Semester of Academic Return .
    • However, for Students exceeding the standard Undergraduate Admissions Academic Year・Semester , tuition refunds will be processed, but the refund amount will vary depending on the timing of the Academic Leave of Absence .

  • In the case of installment payments: If a Students paying tuition in installments takes a Academic Leave of Absence, Voluntary Withdrawal, or is Expulsion, they must pay the full amount of the remaining tuition.
