Course Registration

Application period
  • (1st Academic Year・Semester) Mid Feb. / (2nd Academic Year・Semester) Mid Aug.
    • For the detailed schedule, please refer to the Academic Calendar and academic announcements on the portal board.

Application Procedure
  • portal
    Portal → Login → Visit to Course Registration
Credits to apply
  • Minimum 3 credits ~ Maximum 13 credits
    • Students in their extended Academic Year・Semester must also register for at least 3 credits (Research credits or coursework credits).

Course Registration for other courses
  • Graduate students can register for Undergraduate courses during the waiting list period.
  • Up to 6 credits of Undergraduate 400-unit courses are recognized as course credits.
Submission of Course Registration Confirmation
  • After completing course corrections at the beginning of each Academic Year・Semester , click the registration button in Portal Academics - Courses - Course Management - Course Registration Approval → Advisor Approval (Portal)

Course Registration Correction

Application period
  • The first week after the start of each Academic Year・Semester

Important Notes
  • After course correction, the remaining credits must be at least the minimum required credits (3 credits).
Retaking the course
  • Retaking a course is allowed only once, and the maximum grade obtainable is B+.
