곧 있을 기업탐방 전 다시 한 번 여러분들께 희망이음 서포터즈에 대하여 설명을 드리고자 합니다. 희망이음 프로젝트란 지역의 우수기업과 청년인재를 연결하고자 마련된 프로젝트로 전국의 청년들이 팀을 구성하여, 지역의 우수기업을 탐방하는 프로젝트입니다. 지역의 우수기업은 근로자의 관점에서 직원의 근로조건, 미래비전 및 기업읜 안정성, 성장성 등을 기준으로 선정되며, 저희는 여러분들께 이러한 우수기업에 탐방을 할 수 있도록 발판을 마련하는 역할을 하고 있습니다. 그럼 지금부터 여러분들이 탐방을 했을 때의 혜택에 자세하게 설명해 드리겠습니다. 첫번 째, 지역의 우수기업 탐방 후 탐방내용을 희망이음 스토리에 작성하여 수상을 노릴 수 있습니다. 즉, 이러한 시스템은 참여형 공모전이며 또한 대외활동의 형태라고 볼 수 있습니다. 또한 지역별로 시상을 진행하기 때문에 수상확률이 높을뿐더러 산업통상지원부에서 주최를 하는 프로젝트이므로 수상을 하게 된다면 좋은 수상경력이 될 거라 생각합니다. 두 번째, 우수 활동자에게는 해외연수의 기회가 제공됩니다. 11월 희망이음 서포터즈의 해단식에서 최우수팀은 해외연수를 갈 수 있는 엄청난 기회이므로 이 것 또한 정말 노려볼 만한 혜택이라 생각합니다. 끝으로 운영일정은 2014년 4월부터 10월까지이며, 기간 내 상시로 참여 신청이 가능하며, 참가대상은 전국의 고등학생, 대학(원)생 또는 취업준비생(졸업생 참가가능)입니다. 울산 같은 경우에는 특히나 주위에 있는 강소기업을 잘 모르는 경우가 많습니다. 그러므로 정말 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다. 앞으로 있을 기업탐방에 여러분들을 초대합니다. 감사합니다.
